My Workspaces

My Workspaces allows you to share projects and files. It's a configurable zone that you control in the left side path tree pane. Through a subscription process you can create visual bookmarks to key work items. You can bookmark folders, make shareable profile group shorcuts and pre-set filtered lists for those groups. Workspaces are also great tools for organizing and sharing files for team members.













Multiple-Document Previewing


Preview allows you to view multiple documents and it is completely customizable. You can set a tab to show just the middle document or all three. This gives you new ways to navigate through and select items from the file list.

Timeslips 2010 Sale

There's a new version of Timeslips coming out at the end of June. If you already have Timeslips it's time to upgrade! Version 2010 by Sage has some exciting new features!

You can now export your data to Excel and have it resemble the printed report, with output that fits on a printed page.

You can print reports without saving so you can see what your report is going to look like before you save it.

Another new feature is the clients not billed report which gives you an instant view of clients not billed during previous billing cycles, this helps prevent lost revenue.

There is also improved navigation. You can easily move through forms with the Enter key just as you do with many other applications.

Improved Slips Notes-You can now view slip notes from the slip list.
